• Qualification:
  
• JRF: BE/ B.Tch in Electronics & Communications Engineering or M.Sc. Physics/ Mathematics with NET/ GATE
• SRF: M.E./ M.Tech in Electronics & Communications with 1st class or equivalent or B.E./ B.Tech with 2 years experience.
• RA: M.E./ M.Tech in Electronics & Communications with 1st class with 3 years of experience.
• Age limit
• JRF: 28 years.
• SFR: 32 years.
• RA: 35 years.
