- The candidates (Internal & External) applying for the post of Director (Technical) U.P. Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited should have minimum of 10 years experience in the filed or Thermal Generation and also should have the essential qualification as stated above.
- The Candidates (Internal & External) applying for the post of Managing Direct & Director (Technical) U.P. Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. Should have a minimum of 10 years experience in the filed of Transmission and also should have essential qualification as stated above.
- Tenure of Appointment: Subject to the terms & conditions issued by the GoUP the tenure of appointment for the above posts will be of 3 years. Teh maximum age as on 1st April 2007 should not be more than 59 years. However, the GoUP, in interest of the work and suitability of the incumbent, can extend the tenure, subject to the age of incumbent not being more than 62 years.
