• Qualified/ Final Year Engineering Students for 72 Aeronautical Engineers course (AEC) Men 44 short service commission course (SSC) Men and Women
• Course Commencing in Jan 2008
• Essential Qualifications:
• Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics):
• BE/ B.Tech in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Electrical Communication/ Electronics and Communication/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science & Engineering or a combination or these subjects. OR
• Diploma in Electronics of Madras Institute of Technology. OR
• Tech in Radio Physics and Electronics/ Optics and Opto Electronics. OR
• M.Sc. Degree in Physics (with Electronics)/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Computer Application/ MCA with Math, Physics and Electronics at graduation level or M.Sc. Tech in Electronics and Radio Engineering. OR
• Section A&B Examination of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institute of Engineers (India) in Electricals, Electronics or Telecommunication subjects. OR
• Graduate Membership Examination of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers with subjects of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers with subjects of section a & Full subjects of section B by actual studies (Maths, Applied Electronics and Circuits, Principles of Communication Engineering Transmission lines and networks.
• Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical):
• BE/ B.Tech in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Production or a combination of these subjects. Section a & of examination of Aeronautical Society of India by actual studies in Avionics/ Communication streams. OR
• Section A and B of Associate Membership Examination of Institution of Engineering (India) with Mechanical/ Aeronautical subjects by actual studies. OR
  
• Section A and B Associate Membership Examination of the Aeronautical Society of India with Group 1 (Design and Production) or Group II (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) subjects by actual studies.
• Last Date of Application for all entries: 21.05.2007
• For Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep & Minicoy Islands, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Nagaland and Mizoram: 28-05-2007
