Director, SMIT invites application for the posts of Professors/ Reader/ Lecturers in the Engineering Departments of Computer, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology and Department of Mathematics.

• Professors: Ph.D. in relevant subject with 10 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years as Reader.
• Reader:
  
• Engineering: Ph.D/ M.Tech with 2/5 years of teaching experience.
  
• Mathematics: Ph.D. with 5 years experience.
• Lecturer:
  
• Engineering: M.Tech First Class or B.Tech First Class with valid GATE score. Experience will be preferred .
• Mathematics: M.Sc. First Class and NET qualified. Ph.D. will be preferred.
• Pay Scales: As per AICTE rules + Addl Allowances.
• Fare to be reimbursed: AC 2 Tier for Professors/ Reader and AC 3 Tier for Lecturers.

Qualified retired persons from Institutes/ R&D/ Govt./ Industries/ Defence can also apply.
