• Pay: Rs. 45000/- per month fixed + (T.A ./ D.A. restricted to Rs. 5000/- per month).
  
• Qualification:
  
• Ph.D. in related field (Social Sciences or Natural Resource Management).
  
• At least 03 years experience in training in Natural Resource Management and Participatory Methodology.
• Good knowledge of Hindi(reading writing and comprehension).
• Desirable:
• Knowledge of local language and customs.
  
• Good communication skills in word processing/ presentation skills in Hindi and English.
  
• Work/ Experience in externally aided projects.
