THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI will hold Delhi Judicial Service Examination in two successive stages:-

• Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination (objective type with 25% negative marking) for selection for the main examination, and
• Delhi Judicial Service Main Examination (Written) for selection of candidates for calling for Viva voce.
• The Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) referred to above, will be held on Sunday, the 2nd November, 2008.
• The Delhi Judicial Service Main Examination (Written) will be held on 21st and 22nd December, 2008.
• The number of vacancies:
• 36 ( General 23/ SC 05/ ST 06/ Physically handicapped (Blind/ Low Vision) 02)
• Pay Scale: Rs. 9000-14550.
• Qualification:
  
• Law graduate from a recognized university
• a person practising as an Advocate in India or a person qualified to be admitted as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961
• Age: not more than 32 years of age as on 1st January, 2009
• Last Date: 30.09.08
