Applications in the prescribed form are invited from the prospective candidates for recruitment to the following posts:

• Assistant Director of Factories and Boilers in Class-II of Orissa Factories and Boilers Inspection Service under Labour and Employment Department: 04 Posts
• Pay: Rs. 6,500-200-10,500 with usual Dearness Allowance and other allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Orissa from time to time.
• AGE : A candidate must be under 32 years of age and above 21 years of age on the 1st August, 2008 i.e he/she must not have been born earlier than 2nd August, 1976 and not later than 1st August, 1987.
• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : A candidate should hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or any qualification declared by the Union or State Public Service Commission as equivalent thereto and should preferably have practical experience of at-least two years in a work shop or manufacturing concern of good standing or in design ,construction ,operation or maintenance of Boilers .The certificate should be obtained from the Competent Authority of the works shop or manufacturing concern, where the candidates gathered practical experience.
