Applications are invited from unmarried Male and Female Indian Citizens for Short Service Commission Officers in the Education Branch of the Indian navy for Course Commencing Jan 2009 at Naval Academy (NAVAC) Exhimala, Kerala

• Eligibility Conditions:
  
• Age: 21 to 25 years (candidates to be bone between 02 Jan 1984 and 01 Jan 1988 both dates inclusive)
• Education Qualification:
  
• B.E./ B.Tech. with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university in any one of the following:
  
• Electronics
• Electrical
• Mechanical
  
• IT/ Computer Science
• OR
• A Master's Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university in Physics or Mathematics. Those with Master's Degree in Physics should have studied mathematics and those with Mathematics should have studied Physics, as subsidiary subject at the graduation level.

• Graduates/ Post Graduates in Mathematics with Probability or Statistics with minimum 75% marks
