IEC Cell under Information Education & Communication (IEC) Component of Swarna Jayanti Shahari Rozgar Yojana (SJSRY) consists of several positions for organizing Training Programmes and various other activities pertaining to IEC. We propose to engage persons on purely temporary basis contract upto 31st March, 2009.

• RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (ONE)
  
• Essential Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Economics/Planning and relevant experience.
  
• Desirable: M. Phil / PhD
  
• Consolidated Honorarium: Rs. 25,000/- p.m.
• ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR (ONE)
  
• Essential Qualifications: Master’s Degree in planning/social work, community development with One year post qualification experience in Research and Training and statistical analysis.
  
• Desirable: Relevant experience in the areas of Training and Research in Human Settlement Development.
  
• Consolidated Honorarium: Rs. 18,000/- p.m.
• RESEARCH ASSISTANT (ONE)
  
• Essential Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences preferably in planning/social work, community development etc. and statistical analysis.
• Consolidated Honorarium: Rs. 16,000/- p.m.
• DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (ONE)
  
• Essential Qualifications: Graduate in Social Sciences and relevant experience in data-entry operations.
  
• Desirable: Relevant experience in Desk Top Printing, MS Office particularly MS Word, Excel, Access, etc.
  
• Consolidated Honorarium: Rs. 10,000/- p.m.
• OFFICE ASSISTANT (ONE)
  
• Essential Qualifications: Graduate with some experience in computer applications.
  
• Consolidated Honorarium: Rs. 8,000/- p.m.
• HELPER (TWO)
  
• Essential Qualifications: 8TH Pass.
  
• Desirable: At least two years experience in handling office work.
  
• Consolidated Honorarium: Rs. 5,000/- p.m.

The applicant should send a copy of Bio-data along with a covering letter, photograph, attested copies of essential qualifications, testimonials etc., to the Project Coordinator (IEC Cell), Human Settlement Management Institute, HUDCO House, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003. The Walk-In interview would be held at 10:00 hrs, on 22.04.2008 and reporting at reception counter located at Ground Floor. They should bring original documents pertaining to educational qualification and experience at the time of interview. The candidates should come prepared to be present for the whole day.
