Applications are invited for the following posts in the Rubber Board.

• Assistant Factory Manager (Process Control) : 01 Post (reserved for SC)
  
• Scale of pay: Rs.6500-200-10500.
• Qualifications: Degree in Chemical Engineering/Rubber Technology/Polymer Technology/Master’s Degree in Chemistry.
• Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): 01 Post UR
• Scale of pay: Rs.6500-200-10500.
• Qualifications:
  
  a) A Degree in Mechanical Engineering. b) Three years experience in the grade of Rs.5500-9000 or equivalent post in Govt. Dept./Public Sector Undertakiang/Reputed Private Sector Undertaking.
• Assistant Accounts Officer: 01 Post OBC
• Scale of pay: Rs.6500-200-10500.
• Qualifications:
  
  Essential: (a) Pass in Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India with 2 years experience or Graduate with SAS or its equivalent or Graduate with pass in the Intermediate Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India with 4 years experience or B.Com with Advanced Accountancy/Cost Accountancy as special subject with 12 years experience, in a responsible capacity in a Government Audit/Accounts Office or in the Accounts Department of a statutory body/public sector undertaking/major industrial establishment in a private sector or in a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants.
• Statistical Inspector: 01 Post (reserved for PH).
• Scale of pay: Rs.5500-175-9000.
• Qualifications:
  
  Essential: (a) At least Second Class Master’s Degree in Statistics or in Mathematics with Statistics as a special subject of a recognized University or equivalent. (b) Two years’ experience in statistical work involving collection, compilation and interpretation of statistical data.
• Sr.Hindi Translator: 01 Post UR
• Scale of pay: Rs.5500-175-9000.
• Qualifications: (a) Second Class
  
  Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at Degree level OR Second Class Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at Degree level OR Second Class Master’s Degree in Sanskrit with Hindi and English as subjects at Degree level from a recognized University or Institute. (b) Diploma or Certificate in translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa from a recognized University or Institute. (c) About three years’ experience in translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa including experience of translation of scientific or technical terminological work.
• Sr.Foreman -: 01 Post UR
• Scale of pay: Rs.5500-175-9000.
• Qualifications: Essential: (a) Degree in
  
  Chemical Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with one year’s experience or Diploma in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical with not less than three years of experience in handling work related to supervision and maintenance of a natural rubber processing factory OR (b) ITI/KGTE in Engineering with Electrical Supervisors’ Licence grade B with not less than seven years of experience in handling work related to supervision and maintenance of a natural rubber processing factory of which at least five years should be in a supervisory position in the scale of pay of Rs.5000-8000 or equivalent grade.
