Applications are invited for filling up the following Group ‘C’ posts in ITB Police from male Indian citizens.
- Constable (Radio Operator): 68 Posts
- Pay: Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590/-
- Age: 18 to 23 years
- Qualification:
- Matric or equivalent with English, Mathematics, General Science (or physics and Chemistry).
- Preference shall be given to those who have certificate of telegraphic or operator from ITI or Ministry of Communication, subject to passing the Aptitude test.
- Constable (Radio Technician): 168 Posts
- Pay: Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590/-
- Age: 20 to 25 years
- Qualification:
- Matric or equivalent with English, Mathematics, General Science (or Physics and Chemistry)
- Three years Diploma in Radio or Electronics or Telecommunication or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized Institution.
- Constable (Line Man): 24 Posts
- Pay: Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590/-
- Age: 18 to 23 years
- Qualification:
- Matric or equivalent
- Desirable: Diploma/Certificate Course from Industrial Training Institute or any other recognized institution.
- Head Constable (Motor Mechanic): 37 Posts
- Pay: Rs. 3200-85-4900/-
- Age: 19 to 25 years
- Qualification:
- Matric or equivalent
- Certificate in Motor mechanic from a recognized institution/ ITI with 3 years practical experience in the trade in a reputed workshop or 3 years diploma in automobile engineering.
- Constable (Motor Mechanic): 20 Posts
- Pay: Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590/-
- Age: 18 to 25 years
- Qualification:
- Matric or equivalent
- Certificate from a recognized institution/ ITI in Automobile Engineering/Motor Mechanic trade.
- Constable (Driver): 323 Posts
- Pay: Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590/-
- Age: 20 to 25 years
- Qualification:
- Matric or equivalent
- Valid driving License for Light/Medium/Heavy vehicles with minimum 2 years experience in driving.
- Last Date: 17.01.08 (02.02.08 for candidates from far_flung areas)
