NLIU invites applications for appointment as Associate Professor (Scale: 12000-18300/- + Allowances) in the following areas:
- International Trade and Development
- Sociology of Law/ Socio-Legal Studies
- Law and Gender
- Essential Qualifications (for all posts mentioned above):
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum of five years of teaching experience out of which a minimum of 3 years should be in the position of Assistant Professor.
- Ph.D. in relevant subject ( may be interdisciplinary) or equivalent publication.
- Officer on Special Duty (01 Post)
- Scale Rs. 10,000-325-15,200+ Allowances)
- Eligibility qualification: Ph.D. Degree in Science, with five years experience in Government organisations including an experience in policy formulation and the candidate must not have attained the age of thirty five years on January 1, 2008.
- Physical Instructor (01 Post)
- Scale Rs. 6,500-200-10,500 + Allowances)
- Eligibility qualification: B.P. Ed or its equivalent degree. Preference will be given to the candidate having two years experience as Physical Instructor.
- Deputy Librarian (01 Post)
- Scale Rs. 12000-450-18300 + Allowances
- Eligibility qualification: As per UGC rules.
- Assistant Registrar (01 Post)
- Scale Rs. 8,000-275-13,500+ Allowances)
- Eligibility qualification: As per UGC rules.
- Assistant System Manager (01 Post)

- Eligibility qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science and Computer Applications with 10 years of experience
