Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine requires suitable candidates for the following positions purely on temporary basis on behalf of sponsors of the different ongoing projects.
- Research Associate: 03 Posts
- Stipend: Rs. 11000/- PM Consolidated
- Age: Below 35 years
- Qualification: Ph.D. in Chemistry with specialization in Natural Product Chemistry & Synthetic Chemistry.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF)*/ Project Assistant Level -II: 04 Posts
- Stipend: Rs. 8000/- PM Consolidated
- Age: Below 28 years
- Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Medicinal Chemistry/ M.Pharma/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry (*Preferable: NET qualified for the post of JRF)
- Project Assistant Level II: 12 Posts
- Stipend: Rs. 8000/- PM Consolidated
- Age: Below 28 years
- Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. with Biotechnology/ Zoology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Bio sciences/ Pharmacology/ M.Pharma/ Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ natural Product Chemistry/ Synthetic Organic Chemistry/ 1st Class B.Tech (Biotechnology)
- Project Assistant Level II: 02 Posts
- Stipend: Rs. 8000/- PM Consolidated
- Age: Below 28 years
- Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. with Biotechnology/ Life Sciences (Preferable: Some experience in flowcytometry for immune study)
- Project Assistant Level II: 0 Posts
- Stipend: Rs. 8000/- PM Consolidated
- Age: Below 28 years
- Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. with Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Chemistry or 1st Class B.E./ B.Tech (Bioinformatics)
- Desirable: Knowledge of Bioiinformatics & Molecular Modeling Software.
- PA Level I: 06 Posts
- Stipend: Rs. 5000/- PM Consolidated
- Age: Below 28 years
- Qualification: 1st Class B.Sc. (PCB/PCM)/B.Pharm/BAMS
- Desirable: BAMS with 01 year experience.
- Data Entry Operator: 01 Post
- Stipend: Pay scale Rs. 4000-6000
- Age: Below 28 years
- Qualification: 1st Class B.Sc. (Computer)/ BCA or 1st Class Graduate with Diploma in computer,
- Desirable: Sufficient knowledge of Computer & its operation, MS Office Tools, Website Development, Computer Hardware, Software installation & Troubleshooting.
- Age: Age will be determined as on date of Interview (Relaxation of age is admissible for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories as per rules). Relaxation in the upper age limit of 5 years is also applicable for persons who had ordinarily been domiiled in the Kashmir Divsion of the State of J&K during the period of 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 subject to production of certificate from the District Magistrate in the Kashmir Division within whose jurisdiction he/she had orinariliy been resided or from any other authority designated in this behalf by the Govt. of J&K to the effect that he/she had ordinariliy being domiciled in the Kashmir Division of J&K during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989
- Tenure: 01 year likely to be extended.
- Date of Interview: 04.10.07 at 08.30 a.m.
- Venue: Committee Room, IIIM, Jammu.
Candidates fulfilling the above qualification and age may attend the interview at this Laboratory as above. They should bring along with them original testimonials and Xerox copies of Certificates of educational qualification, Date of Birth, Caste, Domicile certificate etc. and also a passport size photograph.
