• Project Director:
• Qualification: Master's Degree in Social Work with a certified specialization and/ or experience in social sector programme management.
• Finance and enterprise promotion officer:
• Qualification: A Master's qualification in Economics, Business Administration or Enterpreneurship Development.
• IT and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer:
• Qualification: A master's degree in Social Sciences. Should have an inherent penchant and aptitude to understand ICT based systems, pertaining to RDBMS operations- Especially Data standardization, report generation, collation etc.
• Community Catalyst:
• Qualification: Master's degree in Social Work
