• Qualification & Experience: M.Pharm/ B.Pharm or B.E. or M.Sc. or B.Sc. (Hons) preferably with MBA (Production) having 15 years experience in Chemical & Pharmaceutical industry having exposure in Factory Administration, out of which 7 years in Senior management Level.

• Dy. General manager/ Chief Manager (Personnel & Admn.):
• Qualification & Experience: Bachelors or Masters Degree with Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ Social Welfare from a recognized university/ Institute. A Degree in law is preferable with 15 years experience out of which 7 years in senior position in Personnel/ Industrial Relation functions in a large Industrial undertaking preferably in PSU.
• Pay: Rs. 16000-400-20800/- or Rs. 14500-350-18700 Minimum gross salary Rs. 30676/- or Rs. 28109
  
• Company Secretary-cum-Chief Manager (Internal Audit):
• Qualification & Experience: ACS, LLB, CA/ ICWAI having 15 years post qualification experience in Secretarial, Estate matters and Internal Audit job out of which 7 years experience in Senior Management level.
• Pay: Rs. 14500-350-18700 Minimum gross salary Rs. 30676/- or Rs. 28109
• Chief Manager/ Manager (Quality Assurance): [The employees who have applied against this post previously need not apply]
• Qualification & Experience: Doctorate/ M.Pharm having 15 years experience in Quality Control in Pharmaceutical/ Chemical Industry with exposure in Chemical/ Microbiological & Instrumental analysis with exposure of Schedule M/WHO-GMP, USFDA protocol, out of which 7/5 years in Senior/ Middle management level.
  
• Pay: Rs. 14500-350-18700 OR 13000-350-18250 Minimum gross salary Rs. 28109 or Rs. 25543/-
• Age: 50 years (Relaxable for SC/ST candidates)
