• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 15.08.2007)
• Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent; or
• Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of 10 + 2 + 3 pattern / 11 + 3 pattern / pre – degree or intermediate or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate and with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate for SC candidates; or
• Pass with minimum of 60% mark in the aggregate in matriculation / Senior School Certificate (old pattern) or equivalent and with minimum 55% marks in the aggregate for SC candidates;
  
• Diploma in Banking recognized by State or Central Government is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of English and Tamil is essential.
  
• Preference will be given to candidates who are computer literates in MS DOS, MS WORD, MS EXCEL, Networking etc.,
