A walk-in-interview for the positions under the following time bound projects till the expiry of the project as mentioned against the position will be held in the Institute Campus at Rae Bareli Road, Telibagh, Lucknow as per details given here under:

• UPCAR Funded Project entitled "Physiological and Nutritional Studies associated with the softening of Tissues around Stone in Dashehari Mango and to develop Control measure (Project Period Extended up to 22.06.2008 or the termination of the project whichever is ealier):
• Senior Research Fellow: 01 Post
• Age limit : 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on 01.07.2007
• Emoluments per month: Rs. 8000/- + 15% HRA pm.
• Essential Qualification:
• M.Sc. (Ag.)/ M.Sc. Botany/ Life Science with 60% marks
• Desirable:
• Experience in relevant filed.
• Working knowledge in computer.
• Date of walk in interview: 30.07.2007 at 11.00 a.m.
• 
  
• Application of Microorganisms in Agriculture and Allied Sector. (Project Period extended up to 31.03.2008 or the termination of project whichever is earlier)
• Senior Research Fellow: 01 Post
• Age limit : 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on 01.07.2007
• Emoluments per month: Rs. 8000/- + 15% HRA pm.
• Essential Qualification:
• Post Graduate in Microbiology/ Biochemistry with 60% marks
  
• Desirable:
• Working knowledge of Fermentation technology/ Protein purification/ Enzyme characterzation.
• Date of walk in interview: 30.07.2007 at 02.00 p.m.

Terms and conditions:

• The above positions are purely, on Contract basis. The persons recruited will not have any claim for absorption in any capacity after the termination of the project. Duration of project may be increased/ decreased and persons deployed will be coterminous with the date of termination of the project.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Age relaxation for SC/ST & OBC candidates will be allowed as per rules.
• Certificates of all passed examinations starting form matriculation, a latest passport size photographs affixed on the application containing bio-data and caste certificate should be produced at the time of interview.
• No objection certificate from the employer/ university. in case he/she is in employment elsewhere/ doing Ph.D.
  
• Experience Certificated in original, if any.
• The Director's decision will be final and binding in all respects.
