- Qualification/ Experience: Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Uk or Associate Member of Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India U.K. or MBA (Finance) with 15 year's experience in a responsible capacity in a firm of repute in private/ public sector of which for 4 years he/she should have held direct responsibility for finalization of company Accounts, MIS and Budgets.
- Dy. General Manager (Finance & Accounts): 04 Posts
- Pay: Rs. 14500-18700 (IDA)
- Age: 45 years
- Qualification/ Experience: Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Associate Member of the Institute of Costs & Works Accountants of India or U.K. or MBA (Finance) with 10 years experience in the responsible capacity in a firm of repute in Private/ Public Sector of which for 3 years he/she should have held direct responsibility for finalisation of company Accounts.

- Qualification/ Experience: CA/ ICWA/MBA (Finance) with 5 years experience or M.Com with LLB with 8 years experience

- knowledge of PERT/ CPM techniques, specialisations, quality control procedures, cost control etc

- Qualification /Experience : Candidate should have Bachelors Degree in Civil Engg. with 5years of Experience OR Diploma in Civil Engg from a recognised Institute with 8 years experience

- ASSISTANT MANAGER (E&M): 06 Posts

- Age limit : 30 years
- Qualification/Experience: Candidate should have Bachelors Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engg./AMIE OR 3years Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engg from a recognised Institute with 3 years experience
- Desirable :
- in designing installations, commissioning operations and maintenance of air conditioning plants of 200-2000 ton capacity HT/LT installations, lifts, hot water, boilers, music systems, laundry equipment, swimming pool and filteration points indoor and outdoor lighting, telephone, etc
- ARCHITECT PLANNER: 01 Post
- Pay Scale: Rs. 8600-14600 (IDA)
- Age limit: 30 years
- Qualification/ Experience: Candidate should have B.Arch Degree with Masters in Urban Regional Planning with 02 years experience (knowledge of Auto-CAD is compulsory)
- ARCHITECT: 01 Post
- Pay Scale: Rs. 8600-14600 (IDA)
- Age limit: 30 Years
- Qualification/ Experience: Candidate should have B. Arch. Degree OR Three years Diploma in Architecture with 03 years experience (knowledge of Auto-CAD is compulsory)
