• Manager (C&S):

• Qualification & year of Experience: B.E. /B.Tech/ 12 years
  
• Age: 42-45 years
• Dy. Manager (C&S)
• Grade & Pay Scale: E-3-16000-4%-20800
• Qualification & Year of Experience: B.E./ B.Tech/ 09 years
• Ag: 40-43 years
• Last Date: 15 days from 11.07.2007 i.e. up to 26.07.07
  

* For DDG (Design) Post Graduate Degree to be preferred, with adequate track record in leading high quality design engineers team and flair for creativity in Design, Codes, R&D, Consultancy, etc (knowledge on steel based desing will be preferred).
** For DDG (Marketing) with credibility in marketing of concepts, excellent interpersonal skill of coordination for changing their mind sets to use steel intensive construction. He should have good idea of steel applications in various segments. MBA degree will get additional preference.
Pay scale is under revision w.e.f. January 01, 2007 as per SAIL Policy.
