- Qualification:
- A first class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology together with a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering Technology. OR
- First Class Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology or equivalent, valid GATE score, minimum 75 percentile.
- Qualification for Lecturer Humanities and Sciences:
- Good academic record with 1st class at M.Sc. level (for Science) or at MA level (for Humanities) with the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR, or similar test accredited by the UGC.
