Staff Selection Commission SSC will hod all over the country on 30.09.2007, an open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Section Officer (Commercial Audit), Group 'B' Non-Gazetted post in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department in the pay-scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500/-

• Section Officer : 240 Posts (UR 121/ SC 36/ ST 18/ OBC 65)
• Age: Between 18-27 years as on 20.07.2007 (normal closing date for receipt of application) i.e. not born earlier than 21.07.1980 and not later than 20.07.1989 (relaxable as per govt rules)
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in commerce form a recognized university of CA or ICWA or CS form recognized institute/ organizations as on 20.07.2007
  
• Fee : Rs. 80/- No fee for SC, ST, Ex-S. and PH candidates.
  
• Closing date: The last date for receipt of application in the concerned Regional Office of the Commission will be 20.07.2007 (5.00 PM) and in the case of candidates residing in remote areas it will be 27-07-2007 (5.00 P.M.)
