Applications on the computerised Form alongwith Information Brochure (including errata) costing Rs.50/- to be obtained from the office of the Commission are invited from all the eligible and desirous candidates for selection of candidates for admission to 43 backlog seats of Range Forest Officer Course by 20-07-2007. Out of these 43 seats , 36 (General= 15, S.C.=06, S.T.=03 , OBC=05, General Ex-serviceman=04, S.C.Ex-serviceman=02, Gen.WFF=01) shall be filled up from amongst the B.Sc. (Forestry) graduates and remaining 07(S.C.=03,S.T.=01, General Ex-serviceman = 03,) from amongst the other graduate candidates. After successful completion of the training course, they will be appointed as Range Forest Officer(s) , Class-II, in the pay scale of Rs.5800-9200/-.Last date for receipt of applications on the computerised form in the office of the Commission for the candidates residing in Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshdeep, Ladhakh Division of J&K State, Assam , Tripura, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Pangi & Bharmour Sub Divisions of Chamba Distt., Dodra Kawar Sub.Division of Shimla Distt. , Kinnaur and Lahaul & Spiti Distt. of Himachal Pradesh whose applications are received by post only from these areas is 04-08-2007. Applications received after last date(s) will be rejected straightway.
