Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), is currently looking for bright Engineering Graduates for appointment for its various Divisions/ R&D Centres/ Offices as:
- Management Trainees (MTs): 400 Posts (Approx)
- Qualification: Graduates in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Production/ Computer Science/ Metallurgy/ Aeronautical Branches of Engineering from any recognized institution/ University.
- Emoluments: The emoluments during the training period of one year would approx. be Rs. 18450/- p.m. as at present. Besides. CCA & HRA/ Bachelor's Accommodation would also be admissible, depending upon the place of training. Candidates who successfully complete the training will be absorbed with the Basic Pay of Rs. 10850/- in the Scale of pay of Rs. 8600-250-14600 (Grade-II) (Pay Scales are due for revision w.e.f. 01.01.07) On absorption, the candidates will be eligible for various Alowances/ Benefits as per Company Rules.
- Chief Manager (HR): 05 Posts
- Pay: Rs. 16000-400-20800 (Grade-VI) Minimum Emoluments comrising of Basic Pay + DA would be Rs. 29955/- pm at present.
