- PHYSICS: HH-1/ VH-1(W)
- CHEMISTRY: HH-3/ VH-1(W)

- Qualification: A second class P.G. Degree in (M.A. or M.Sc., or
- LECTURERS IN GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNICHS (ENGINEERING) IN A.P. TECHNICAL EDUCATION SERVICE
- FOOTWEAR TECHNOLOGY: OH-1
- Qualification: A Degree in Footwear Technology (B.E./ B.Tech.) with not less than 55% of marks for PH candidates belonging to SC/ST. For other PH candidates 1st Class in the Subject.
- BIO-MEDICAL ENGINEERING: OH-1
- Qualification: A Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech.) with not less than 55% of marks for PH candidates belonging to SC/ST. For other PH candidates 1st Class in the Subject.
- ELECTRONICS AND INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING: OH-1
- Qualification: A Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech.) with not less than 55% of marks for PH candidates belonging to SC/ST. For other PH candidates 1st Class in the Subject.
- PLASTIC AND POLYMERS: OH-1
- Qualification: A Degree in Plastics & Polymers (B.E./ B.Tech.) with not less than 55% of marks for PH candidates belonging to SC/ST. For other PH candidates 1st Class in the Subject. OR
- MINING ENGINEERING: OH-1
- Qualification: B.E/ B.TECH in Mining Engineering with not less than 55% of marks for PH candidates belonging to SC/ST. For other PH candidates 1st Class in the Subject.
- ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE ENGINEERS IN R&B ENGINEERING SERVICE AND P.H & M.E. ENGINEERING SERVICE
- Assistant Executive Engineers in R&B Department: HH-1/ VH-1
- Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ AMIE (A&B) Civil Engineering Branch
- Assistant Executive Engineers in P.H. & M.E. Department: HH-1
- Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ AMIE (A&B)/ B.Sc (Engineering) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Branch
- Detailed Notification with nature of vacancies, Scale of Pay, Age, Educational Qualifications and other instructions along with Applications (I.C.R & O.M.R.) will be printed in the Special Bulletin of A.P.P.S.C.
