To meet its growing needs, the Company is looking for creative and talented Professionals in the following areas:
  • MARKETING EXECUTIVES (Grade.2)
    • Total emoluments of Rs.14,516/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the pay scale of 8600-250-14600 (Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)

    • Age 30 years (Relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs [Non-Creamy layer] in accordance with the Instruction of Central Govt.

  • SCIENTIST / MATHEMATICIAN (Grade.2):
    • Total emoluments of Rs.14,516/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the pay scale of Rs.8600-250-14600 (Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)
    • AGE: Below 30 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC /ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs [Non-Creamy layer] in accordance with the instructions of central Govt.
  • FINANCE :

    • Deputy General Manager - Finance (Grade.7)

      • Total emoluments Rs.29,540/- (Basic + DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale Rs.17500-400-22300 (Plus allowances & perks as per Co’s rules)
    • Age : Below 50 years for Gr.7(Relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs [Non-Creamy layer] in accordance with the instructions of Central Govt.
    • ASST.MANAGER – FINANCE (GR.3)
      • Total emoluments Rs.18,146/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale Rs.10750-300-16750. (Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)
    • FINANCE EXECUTIVE - (Gr. 2)
      • Total emoluments Rs. 14,560/- ( Basic + DA ) at the minimum of the Pay Scale Rs. 8600-250-11460(Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)
    • ASST.FINANCE EXECUTIVE
      • Consolidated remuneration of Rs.7000/- per month in the first year, Rs.7200/- and Rs.7400/- during the 2nd and 3rd year respectively.
      • AGE : Below 35years for Gr.3 position, 28 years for Finance Executives and Asst.Finance Executives Position (Relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Servicemen and 3 years for OBCs [Non-Creamy layer] in accordance with the instructions of Central Govt.
  • HUMAN RESOURCES
    • Deputy General Manager – HR (Grade.7):
      • Total emoluments Rs.29,540/- (Basic + DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale Rs.17500-400-22300 (Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)
    • Assistant Manager –HR (Grade.3)
      • Total emoluments at Rs.18,146/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the pay scale of Rs.10750-300-16750 (Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)

    • Executive -HR (Grade.2)

      • Total emoluments Rs.14,516/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale Rs.8600-250-14600(Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)

    • Age : Below 50 years for Gr.7, 35 years for Gr.3 and 30 years for Gr.2 positions (Relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs [Non-Creamy layer] in accordance with the instructions of Central Govt.

  • PUBLIC RELATIONS

    • Chief Manager-Public Relations (Grade.6)

      • Total emoluments Rs.27,008/- (Basic + DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale Rs.16000-400-20800 (Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)

    • Manager – Public Relations(Grade.5)

      • Total emoluments Rs.24,476/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale Rs.14500-350-18700(Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)

    • Dy.Manager – Public Relations (Grade.4)

      • Total emoluments Rs.21,944/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale Rs.13000-350-18250(Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)
  • SECURITY & FIRE FIGHTING

    • Manager – Security (Grade.5)

      • Total emoluments Appr. Rs.24,476/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.14500-350-18700 (Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)
    • OFFICER – FIRE FIGHTING (GRADE.2)
      • Total emoluments of Rs.14,516/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the pay scale of Pay Scale Rs.8600-250-14600 (plus allowances and perks as per co’s rules).
  • OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
    • Officer – Official Language (Grade.2)
      • Total emoluments of Rs.14,516/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.8600-250-14600(Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)
    • Asst.officer-Official Language (Grade.1)
      • Total emoluments of Rs.11,056/- (Basic+DA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.6550-200-11350(Plus allowances and perks as per Co’s rules)
