BPSCL is joint venture of SAIL & DVC. The main business of the company is steam and power generation with present capacity of 302 MW power generations and 1880 TPH steam generation. Its capacity is being further enhanced by setting up 9th Boiler having capacity of 300 TPH steam generation and 36 MW power generation, which is in the project stage. The company is also planning to expand its power generation by setting up 2x250 MW Power Plant. The Plant and offices are situated at Bokaro Steel City.
