Invites applications for the following posts for its establishment and its subsidiary unit:

• ADDITIONAL GENERAL MANAGER (PERSONNEL) / DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER(PERSONNEL):
• Scale of pay : Rs.19500-450-25350/-(E7)/ Rs.19000-450-24400/- (E6)
• Qualification : PG Degree in Personnel Management / Social Work or MBA (Personnel Management) from a reputed Institute.
• Experience : Min. 20/17 years experience in Executive
• position in HRM line in large industrial enterprises. The incumbent should be thorough with labour laws and the latest HR practices. The incumbent will be responsible for formulation and implementation of personnel policies/ strategies, manpower planning, recruitment etc., The candidate should have good exposure in the field of industrial relations including wage negotiations and handling of disciplinary/conciliation proceedings.
• Age : Below 50/48 years as on 01.04.2007
• DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (PROCESS TECHNOLOGY):
• Scale of pay : Rs.19000-450-24400/- (E6)
• Qualification : BE (Metallurgy) with specialization in Mineral Processing from a reputed university.
• Experience : 17 Years in hematite ore processing and Beneficiation plant involving screening, grinding, cycloneing, flocculation and formation of flow sheets with in depth knowledge in material and water balance of wet processing circuits. Should have experience in pelletization of hematite fines with adequate knowledge in use of various activities in pellet making process and familiarity in pellet plant operation parameters. Trouble shooting in the bulk processing of the above work areas with aptitude for finding out R&D solutions for solving running plant problems is desirable. Should possess technical knowledge of applications involving Process Computers and online process control.

• GRADUATE ENGINEER (TRAINEE)
• Scale of pay : Rs.8600-250-14600/-(E0)

• Qualification :First Class Engineering Degree in Metallurgy Discipline(2 nd Class for SC/ST candidates) From a recognized University.

• Age : Below 27 years as on 01.04.2007
