• Asst. Manager (Personnel) (2 posts) Grade-II: One post is reserved for Orthopaedically Handicapped with minimum 40% disability.
• Scale of Pay - Rs 8600-250-14600/- Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale Rs 16700/-(approx).
• Qualifications, Age & Experience: Degree preferably in Engineering/ Physical Sciences with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma / MA (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations)/MBA (2 Years full time or 3 years part-time course) in Personnel Management or MSW from reputed Institution. Minimum two years post qualification experience in relevant area. Knowledge of Telugu essential.
  
• Upper Age Limit 30 Yrs. Degree in Law preferred.
• Dy. General Manager (Grade-VI) / Sr Manager (Grade-V)(Materials) (1 Post)
• Pay scale of Rs. 16000-400-20800/ Rs 14500-350-18700. Total emol. Rs 30800 / Rs 27966/- (approx).
• Educational Qualifications, Age and Experience: Graduation in Engineering or Technology with 60% marks and MBA preferably with Materials Management or Production Management or Operations Management as specialization / PG Diploma in Materials Management. Degree in Law preferred. Minimum experience of 13 years for DGM (Gr.VI) /10 years for Sr Mgr (Gr.V) in the area of Materials Management after Graduation in Engineering/Technology.
  
• Desirable: Exposure to either in implementation or working with any of ERP packages.
• Upper age limit: 45 years.
