• At least a 2nd Class Master Degree of a recognized Indian University in Mathematics/Statistics/Operation Research/ with Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology /a pass of A or B level (DOECA) course in Computer. OR A 2nd Class B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Computer Application/Information Technology.
  
• DESIRABLE :- At least 2(two) years experience in Investigation/Research in recognized Institutions or Govt. Departments for plan formulation.

• Inspector, Group-C Non-Gazetted under the Election Department:- 4 (four) UR pmt. Posts
• Pay scale of Rs. 5000-130-6690-150-8940-170-10,300/= plus admissible allowances.
  
• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :- Graduate of any recognized University.
  
• AGE :- Up to 37 years as on 01.07.2007. Relax able by 5(five) years in case of ST/SC/PH candidates and Government Servants.

• DESIRABLE:-
• Having at least 5(five) years experience in the field of Women and Child Welfare,
  
• Knowledge of Bengali/Kok-borok.
  
• AGE :- 18 to 37 years as on 01.07.2007. Upper age limit is relax able by 5(five) years in case of ST/SC/PH candidates and Government Servants. Age is also relax able up to 42 years for “ Anganwadi Worker”. Provided that ST/SC/PH/Government Servants shall not get this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5(five) years available to them.
