1. All appointments shall be on "Contract Basis" and will be initially for a period of "four years" including a probationary period of one years. The contractual appointment may be extended for a further period of "Four years" based on performance of the candidates during the initial period of four years.
2. All the post (S) are on "consolidated package basis" and do not carry any other allowances. The incumbents will be eligible for a annual increment of 7.5% to their remuneration package. The remuneration packages are based on minimum basic pay of the pay scale as per the policy of ILBS.
3. The effective date for reckoning the requisite experience and the upper age limit will be 30th June 2007/ The applicants, who do not have the requisite qualification till 30the June 2007 will not be considered.
4. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates.
5. Application proforma may be downloaded form its official website www.ilbs.in late and incomplete applications i.e. application not in the prescribed proforma or without attested copies of certificates and testimonials or without bank draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 100/- in case of SC/ST candidates) payable in favour of "Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences" as application fee, will not be considered.
6. Applicants working in Central Government/ State Government / AB/ PSU etc. would to apply through their proper channel.
7. Application in prescribed Proforma along with attested copies of certificates and testimonials and bank draft for prescribed fee must reach the Camp Office of the Medical Superintendent, Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences, Room No. A-1, Ground Floor, Academic Block, GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi 110002 latest by 10th July 2007
8. Working knowledge of computer is essential for all the posts.
