CISF Invite applications from eligible departmental candidates for filling up of the following posts through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) against the recruitment year 2007.:

• Sub Inspector (Executive): 168 vacancies (UR-131, SC-25 and ST-12)
• Upper age limit: 32 years as on 01-08-2007. Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates. No age relaxation is applicable for OBC candidates as no vacancy is reserved for them.
• Educational qualification: Graduation from any recognized University
• Record of service: The candidate must have clean record of service. He should have not been awarded any major or minor punishment in his entire service career.
• No. of chances applicable to compete in the LDCE: Three chances only. Those who have already availed three chances will not be eligible to compete in this examination of 2007.
• Last date: 20.04.2007
• Only Constable/GD, Head Constable/GD, Head Constable/Driver, Constable/Driver and Assistant Sub Inspector/Exe who have completed 4 years service including the period of training as on 01-08-2007( i.e. those who have been appointed in the Force on or before 31-07-2003) are eligible to compete in this examination of LDCE
• Application in respect of eligible departmental candidates, duly filled, should reach to respective territorial DIsG (as mentioned in para 2 above) by 20th April, 2007 along with the Photostat copies of the necessary documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer
