• GENERAL MANAGER (PLANT)
• Grade and Pay: (E8 - Rs. 20500–500-26500)
• QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
• Minimum 30 years of total experience in Plant Functions/Operations of Ammonia, Urea and related plants in Fertilizer Industry or 23 years of post qualification experience in fertilizer industry.
• He should have adequate experience at senior level in Fertilizer Industry and hold the position in the scale of pay Rs.18500-450-23900 (post 1.1.1997 scale) with IDA or equivalent scale of pay for a minimum period of 5 years in a reputed organization.
• GENERAL MANAGER (P & A)
• Grade and Pay: (E8 - Rs.20500–500-26500)
• QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• The candidate should be a MBA with specialization in HR or Master of Social Works or P.G Degree in PM & IR.
• Minimum 30 years of total experience in P&A Functions or 23 years of post
  qualification experience.
• He should have adequate experience at senior level in large Industry and hold the position in the scale of pay Rs.18500-450-23900 (post 1.1.1997 scale) with IDA or equivalent scale of pay for a minimum period of 5 years in a reputed organization.
• DY. GENERAL MANAGER (PRODUCTION)
• Grade and Pay: (E7 – Rs.18500-450-23900)
• QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
• Minimum 27 years of total experience in Plant Functions/Operations of Ammonia, Urea and related plants in Fertilizer Industry or 21 years of post qualification experience in fertilizer industry.
• DY. GENERAL MANAGER (TECHNICAL SERVICES)
• Grade and Pay: (E7 – Rs.18500-450-23900)
• QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
• Minimum 27 years of total experience in Plant Functions/Operations of Ammonia, Urea and related plants in Fertilizer Industry or 21 years of post qualification experience in fertilizer industry.
• CHIEF MANAGER (PRODUCTION)
• Grade and Pay: (E6 – Rs.17500-400-22300)
• QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
• Minimum 24 years of total experience in Plant Functions/Operations of Ammonia, Urea and related plants in Fertilizer Industry or 19 years of post qualification experience in fertilizer industry.
• CHIEF MANAGER (F&A)
• Grade and Pay: (E6 – Rs.17500-400-22300)
• QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• The candidate should be a CA / ICWA
• Minimum 24 years of total experience in handling Finance & Accounts functions or 19 years of post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts functions.
