- Chief Engineer
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 20 years in large civil construction projects.
- Project Manager (Civil)
- Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years for degree holders and 20 years for diploma holders out of which 5 years independent handling of projects.
- Project Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10 years for degree holders and 15 years for diploma holders in large civil construction projects.
- Assistant project engineer (Civil/ Electrical)
- Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 years for degree holders and 5 years for diploma holders in large civil construction projects.
- Site Supervisor (Civil/ Electrical)
- Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Electrical Engineering OR ITI Certificate (Civil/ Electrical)
- Experience: 2 years for diploma holders and 5 years for ITI certificate holders in large civil construction projects. No experience needed for degree holders.
