Applications in the prescribed form are invited from the Indian national for the following posts:

• Security Officer (On contract): 01 Post UR
  
• This post is for a period of three years with a provision for renewal for a further period, but not exceeding 5 years in all, Suitable consolidated emoluments in the pay scale of Rs. 800-275-13500 will be paid consistent with rank qualification and experience.
• Scientific Officer Grade-II (On contract): 02 Posts UR
• These posts are for a period of one years initially, renewable at the sole discretion of IIT Roorkee. These posts are to be filled in any of the three departments viz, Physics, QIP and NMR Facility.
• Both the posts are in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-275-13500
• Last Date: 19-07-2007
