In accordance with the rules regulating the special recruitment to the Clerical posts in the District and Regional offices under the Government of West Bengal the Public Service Commission, West Bengal will hold a Special Clerkship Examination, 2008 in the month of March, 2009 or thereabout simultaneously in Kolkata and other District Centres over the State for filling up of the vacancies as mentioned below.
  • Scale of Pay : Rs. 3350-6325/- . Besides pay, the posts carry allowances as admissible.

Applications are invited from dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Safety personnel, for DMRC's Safety Department having experience in working with organizations involved in major construction or other big industries. The appointment shall be on deputation/permanent absorption/re-employment/contract basis (for a period of three years) as mentioned below.
  • Dy. General Manager (Safety) to be filled up on deputation/permanent absorption/re-employment/contract basis: 03 Posts
    • Pay: Rs. 15600-39100 (grade pay-Rs.7600)/ Rs.14250-19650 (IDA)- to be revised shortly. Monthly remuneration on contract basis Rs.29000/- p.m. (consolidated) + CPF + Medical insurance + Bonus ( for self only ) (likely to get revised upwardly) For re-employment the last basic pay in the equivalent IDA pay scale will be protected.
    • Age: 57 years (61 years for re-employed)
