National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme (NVBDCP) is an umbrella programme for prevention and control of Vector Borne Diseases namely Malaria, Filaria, Kala-Azar, Dengue and Japanese Encephalitis prevalent in the country. NVBDCP is the national level nodal technical organization responsible for technical guidance, framing guidelines and policies to guide the states for implementation of programme strategies. Directorate of NVBDCP is intensifying the Malaria control activities in ten identifying states in the country with the assistance of Global Fund. For strengthening the programme implementation in the project states, the following positions are required to be filled up purely on contractual basis.
  • Consultant (Finance): 01 Post
    • Qualification & experience: Should have been a member of recognized Account Service i.e. Indian Audit & Accounts Services or Indian Defence Accounts Services with minimum of 10 years of service out of which 5 years should be in senior time scale. OR Should be CA or SAS with minimum 20 years of experience with Govt. Organizations in Finance & Accounts Organization or Semi Govt. organizations familiar with accounting procedure of GOI/ GFATM. Should have worked for atleast 5 years in senior time scale in Government Department.
    • Remuneration: Ex-Government Servant would be paid as per DOPT Guidelines and non-government person would be paid Rs. 13000/- to Rs. 26000/- PM consolidated.
    • Age: Below 60 years
  • Consultant (Procurement): 01 Post
    • Qualification & Experience: A Graduate with specialization in procurement of stores on DGS&D pattern including global tendering. Should have wide experience in preparation of international and national bid documents and their processing. Should have worked for atleast 5 years in senior time scale in Government Departments.
    • Remuneration: Ex-Government Servant would be paid as per DOPT Guidelines and non-government person would be paid Rs. 13000/- to Rs. 26000/- PM consolidated.
    • Age: Below 60 years
  • Research Officer: 01 Post
    • Qualification & Experience: MD (PSM) OR Post Graduate in Social Science with at least three years experience in the field.
    • Remuneration: Consolidated salary of Rs. 20000/- pm
    • Age: Below 60 years
  • Statistician/ Computer Programmer: 02 Posts
    • Qualification & Experience: M.A./ M.Sc. in Statistics form a recognized University. Person should have skills on computer and various software systems. OR a minimum Graduate with 1 year Diploma in Software development and should be familiar with internet and the latest software technology.
    • Remuneration: Between Rs. 10000/- and Rs. 15000/- PM Consolidated.
    • Age: Below 60 years
  • Secretarial Assistant: 04 Posts
    • Qualification & Experience: Should be Graduate form recognized University with Shorthand speed of 80 wpm and typing speed of 30 wpm with computer knowledge and should have experience of working in excel, power point, word etc.
    • Remuneration: Rs. 8000/- PM Consolidated.
    • Age: Below 60 years
  • Data Entry Operator: 02 Posts
    • Qualification & Experience: Graduate preferably in science subjects. Working knowledge of computer and should be able to work with software used in statistical analysis.
    • Remuneration: Rs. 8000/- PM Consolidated.
    • Age: Below 60 years
